Screaming Eagle Terms & Conditions

General

1. PMS MATCHES: A PMS # should accompany all orders when needed. We will match as close as possible at no charge. Exact matches there will be a $10.00 charge.
2. ARTWORK: Any order that does not include camera-ready artwork or color separations will be subjecdt to a charge of $45.00/hr.
3. CANCELLATIONS: Accepted only iif approved by Screaming Eagle. completed orders cannot be cancelled. Partially completed orders may be cancelled only after payment of materials & labor expended prior to date of cancellation request is received.
4. RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without factory authorization.
5. RUSH ORDERS: Are subject to a $50.00 charge if it is less than 3 days to in-hands date.
6. PRODUCTION TIME: Normal production time is 5-10 working days once all artwork is approved and ready to go.
7. IMPRINT AREA & LOCATION: Standard left crest is 3.5 inches. Full front or full back is 12 inches. any changes to these dimensions need to be noted prior to imprinting.
8. CUSTOMER OWNED GOODS: We are not responsible for damaged or lost customer owned items and we have a 3% mistake ratio. It is not our intention to damage your goods, but accidents do happen and we will imprint another garment at no additional charge.

Screen Printing

1. SCREEN CHARGE: There will be a $25.00 screen charge per color per location on all first time orders. There will be no additional screen charge if a reorder takes place within 18 months. Otherwise it will be subject to 50% of the original charge.
2. FORMATS: Accepted for screen-printing are camera-ready artwork or electronic art via e-mail or diskette. Programs we accept need to be vector art - Illustrator editable or hi resolution Photoshop only. No jpg, bitmap, or tiffs will be accepted unless the the customer is willing to pay artwork charges.
3. COLOR CHANGES: Within an order are subject to a $10.00 color change charge per color changed.

Embroidery

1. DIGITIZING: In order to embroider on any goods artwork needs to be digitized in order for our machines to recognize the design. Digitizing takes 24-48 hours followed by a sew-out to see how the logo looks. This is one-time setup fee that varies from logo to logo.
2. FORMATS: Accepted for embroidery can be via e-mail, diskette, or scanned images. Clean, low-resolution files work the best.
3. STRAIGHT LINE TEXT with no logos would not require digitizing but will incur a $10.00 setup charge.

Terms

1. First time orders we require 100% down. Second orders are 50/50. Third orders are COD. All subsequent orders terms can be established after filling out a credit application.
